Section 57
Mention of salary
(1) The word "salary" used in this Act shall mean the immediate salary amount (including salary increase) of the relevant staff of the Legislative-Parliament Service.
(2) For the purposes of section 49 and 50, "final salary" shall mean the salary accrued at the time of retirement of the concerned employee and if any employee is on extraordinary leave or suspension at the time of such retirement, the full salary shall also be calculated for such period.
